Crossfit Group Training
Based on functional movement, and the ten recognized fitness domains Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Group classes provide a "strength in numbers" type workout.
All you have to do is show up! Crossfit Shinobi will  provide the instruction, guidance and encouragement from your warmup to your kick ass workout to your cool down.

* All participants must first display physical competency before training in a group session,
this can be either through group Crossfit Elements class, or private/semi private sessions with one of our coaches.
